How do I know which service is right for me (or my child)?

If you’re unsure, start with the Intake Assessment. This helps identify your goals, challenges, and the level of support that will be most effective. You’ll then receive a personalised recommendation and an invitation to the appropriate program or session.

What is frequency healing?

Frequency healing works with the body’s electromagnetic field using bio resonance for the purpose of supporting balance, clarity, and emotional regulation. It is gentle, non-invasive, and suitable for all ages. The frequencies boost the body's natural healing abilities. Many clients experience positive shifts in pain management, sleep patterns, accelerated healing and overall emotional wellbeing.

What happens during an in‑person session?

Our in-person sessions take place either in our frequency therapy room or at your home if a mobile service is required. You will be asked to make yourself comfortable either in our recliner or on the massage table. Frequencies are administered directly using tens pads, frequency sleeves or plasma. Most sessions take an hour but may extend past this depending on treatments. 

 

Clients are advised to wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing as tens pads are most often attached to the abdomen. You are welcome to read, colour in or even nap during your session.

A parent or guardian must be present for all child sessions.

How do remote sessions work?

Remote sessions use a small DNA sample to create a stable point of access to the individual’s biofield through quantum entanglement. This allows frequency sessions to be delivered accurately from any location.

Remote sessions run automatically once your program begins.

What kind of DNA sample do you need?

You may provide:

  • A fingernail clipping (secured between sticky tape), or

  • A few strands of hair with the follicle attached

Instructions are provided after purchase.

Are mobile sessions available?

Yes — mobile sessions are available within the Clarence Valley for clients who experience mobility challenges, transport limitations, or situations where travelling to appointments creates additional stress or overwhelm.

A call‑out fee applies based on distance and must be selected through the Mobile Session Add‑On before your program begins.

What is your cancellation policy?

In‑person require 24 hours’ notice, mobile sessions require 48 hours' notice. Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable. Program purchases are final due to the personalised nature of the work.

What payment options do you offer?

Ashanti accepts card payments, PayPal, and PayPal Pay in 4 (where eligible), making programs accessible and manageable for families. 

Does this replace medical or psychological care?

No. Ashanti’s services are complementary wellness modalities and do not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions. Clients should continue to seek appropriate professional care as needed.
