Heading 1
If your child struggles with focus, regulation, sleep or communication — and you're looking for a calm, drug-free way to help — you're in the right place. Our frequency programs support spectrum kids in a gentle group setting here in Grafton, while parents receive real support of their own.
How Frequency Therapy Helps
Frequency therapy uses gentle, non-invasive sound and electromagnetic frequencies to help calm a busy nervous system. For children on the spectrum, that can mean support for the things families struggle with most — emotional regulation, focus, sleep and connection. There are no needles and no medication. Your child simply relaxes in our Frequency Lounge — many kids genuinely enjoy their sessions and ask to come back.
Between sessions, children can wear a Bella Band wristband carrying their personal frequencies, so the support continues at home and at school.
Natural Support for Children on the Spectrum
One Family's Story
A mother reached out to us as her 8-year-old son was struggling at school. She didn't want to medicate him and was searching for a holistic option. Over three months he attended weekly one on one sessions and wore a custom imprinted Bella Band Wristband between visits. His family noticed positive changes within the first few weeks — he was calmer at home and at school. By the end of the program, they reported he was speaking in full sentences, making meaningful eye contact, and was more settled and engaged at school . He loved his sessions and wearing his wristband was never a battle. (Shared with his family's full consent.)
This little man's story is why our new group programs exist. We understand that not everyone can afford our 1:1 program and this gave us the opportunity to add something just as important. This boy's grandmother is formally trained in special needs and is now partnering with us to run the parent support circle, so more families can access this support together.

FAQs
What happens in a Frequency Lounge
session?
Your child relaxes in a calm, quiet space while gentle frequencies play — no needles, no medication, nothing invasive. Kids can sit, lie down, or fidget as they need to. They can play on their own devices or colour in. A practitioner will be in the room supervising.
Is frequency therapy safe for children?
The frequencies we use are gentle and non-invasive. Sessions are run in small, supervised groups, and parents are always welcome to stay and watch.
My child struggles with new places and people. Will this work for them?
We keep groups small (4–6 children), the space quiet, and parents close by. Many of our families came to us precisely because their child finds busy environments hard — the free Taster Day exists so you can both see how it feels with no pressure.

What is a Bella Band Wristband?
A comfortable silicon wristband that holds a holographic sticker that has been programmed with your child's personal frequency programs. It is worn between sessions so support continues at home and school.
