Our comprehensive New Client Intake Assessment Session is designed to introduce you to the power of frequency healing whilst creating a personalized roadmap to your well-being. IMPORTANT! Please ensure that you complete and return the New Client Assessment Form at least 24 hours before your session. Here's what you can expect: Biofeedback Scan: We will conduct a biofeedback scan that will identify the top 10 frequencies that your body needs for balance. Personalized Treatment Plan: Together, we will discuss your goals and the concerns identified on your New Client Assessment Form, and craft a customized treatment plan that incorporates the most appropriate frequency programs for you. Energy Balance Treatment: Experience the power of frequency therapy first hand during a relaxing energy balance treatment. This introductory session provides a taste of the potential benefits of frequency therapy. We offer support exclusively through a structured six‑week program, as this format provides the most effective and sustainable results. After your initial client intake and assessment session, the six‑week program allows us to work consistently, track your progress, and support your system through a complete cycle of change. This approach ensures you receive the depth, continuity, and therapeutic stability needed for meaningful transformation. You’re welcome to choose the format that best supports your lifestyle and comfort. The six‑week program can be completed entirely in person, entirely remotely, or through a blended approach that combines both. This flexibility ensures you receive consistent, uninterrupted support in a way that feels practical, accessible, and aligned with your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Ashanti Frequency Healing — Booking Policy To ensure every client receives the highest level of care, all sessions at Ashanti Frequency Healing are offered within a structured and intentional framework. Please take a moment to review the following booking guidelines. Program‑Based Care Ashanti Frequency Healing offers support exclusively through a six‑week foundational program. This structure provides the continuity, depth, and therapeutic stability required for meaningful change. After your initial intake and assessment session, you may select the program format that best suits your needs — fully in‑person, fully remote, or a blended approach. Session Times & Availability All appointments are scheduled in advance through the online booking system. Availability is limited to ensure each client receives focused, uninterrupted support. Please select a time that you can commit to fully. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited, as this time has been reserved specifically for you. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your session, the appointment will still conclude at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s booking. The full session fee applies. No‑Shows Missed appointments without notice are considered a no‑show and are charged at the full session rate. Eligibility for Ongoing Support Ongoing support is available only through the Ashanti Membership Program and is offered exclusively to clients who have completed the six‑week foundational program. This ensures that membership sessions are used for maintenance and integration rather than initiating treatment. Remote Sessions Remote sessions are conducted automatically on the days specified as part of your program. You are welcome to go about your day as normal however it is suggested that you ensure you stay hydrated. Payment Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Membership payments follow the billing cycle selected at checkout. Health & Safety If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Remote sessions remain available if you are unable to attend in person.
